We are seeking a Lead QA Engineer – Salesforce to drive quality in our cutting-edge platform (web / mobile / CRM) for high-volume, multi-country users. Join us to influence product excellence, advocate for automation, and lead our QA capabilities to new heights.

OUR Testing & QA team 

Our Testing & QA team is critical to ensuring the reliability and performance of our products, while minimizing the toil for our engineering teams. Its mission is to be the quality advocate of our products and services, and to continuously improve our processes and tools to deliver value to our customers. We have invested very early in Automation capabilities; we are driving very intentionally efficiency with an end-to-end mindset within our teams. We want our Testing & QA community to focus on 4 pillars 

  • Promote a “shift left” mindset for quality, ensuring the testing strategy is fully embedded in the Product delivery lifecycle, bringing an upfront focus on edge cases and accepting criteria, fostering the “3 amigos” approach 

  • Design and implement robust End to End testing/QA strategies, to acknowledge the transversality and interdependency within our ecosystem, maximize our product reliability while enabling a high frequency release management 

  • Embrace our data driven culture by promoting full transparency on testing KPIs, including functional coverage, automation and execution metrics 

  • Establish a strong QA Community of Practice to ensure best practices and ways of working also reach our internal and external partners and contribute to elevate the Quality culture within Edenred 

Our QA team work closely with the Engineering, Data and Product teams to ensure that our products meet the high standards of quality and performance that our customers expect. 

We expect from our QA team leadership to be role models, master our products, be both functionally and technically savvy and capable of influencing both Product & Engineers within their respective Tribes. 

We are fostering autonomy within each tribe and Lead QA engineers will be accountable to reconcile our SmartER QA driving principles, tools and methodologies with the specificities of the tribes, whether it comes from Technology (eg Mobile vs Web vs API vs Salesforce) or Functional complexity. 

YOU WILL VIBE WITH US 

As a Lead QA Engineer- Salesforce, your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Quality Leadership: Lead the QA strategy for our CRM application, ensuring high-quality standards across B2B or B2C products. 

  • Shift-Left Testing: Influence the product team early in the development cycle, focusing on edge cases and acceptance criteria. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers to integrate quality practices throughout the development process. 

  • Automation Advocacy: Champion test automation strategies, ensuring robust and efficient automated test coverage. 

  • End-to-End Testing: Design and implement comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies for cloud-native architectures (APIs, Microservices). 

  • Coaching: Act as a role model for QA engineers (2 to 4 within a Tribe), providing guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

  • Tool Utilization & Adoption: Leverage Jira and the Atlassian suite for test planning and execution and use Gherkin language for test scripting. 

  • Cross-Functional Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and across different geographical regions and languages. 

 

WE WILL VIBE WITH YOU 

You could be our next teammate if you have: 

  • English fluent (a must) 

  • 5-8 years minimum of experience in software testing and QA 

  • Expertise in Salesforce, particularly the module Sales and Customer Cloud 

  • Leadership: Act as a Quality Coach for POs and Developers to make them evolve in the way they manage quality (influence of 15-20 people).  

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cucumber). 

  • Agile Experience: Proven experience in agile environments, with a focus on shift-left testing practices. 

  • Cloud-Native Architecture: Experience testing cloud-native applications, including microservices and APIs. 

  • High-Volume Applications: Experience working on products serving large user bases across multiple countries and languages. 

  • End-to-End Testing: Strong background in both front-end and back-end integration testing. 

  • Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams and animating workshops/trainings. 

  • Test Management Tools: Proficiency in using Jira and the Atlassian suite for test management. 

  • Gherkin Language: Experience in writing and executing tests using Gherkin language.
