What You'll Do
Epic has multiple partnerships, internally and externally, developing top end programs that require the collaboration of many units across the business. Program Management ensures that our important and complex initiatives are aligned, cohesive and successful from start to finish. This discipline is accountable for orchestrating and connecting milestones, risks, dependencies and partnerships across the organizations. We are looking for someone to lead this team and help build it - from a talent and processes standpoint.
In this role, you will
- As a Sr./Lead Program management, you will build/lead a program management discipline, pipeline, and processes that maximize quality and delivery for the programs we have at Epic
- Help build the foundation of scaled roadmap and workstream structure for our programs
- Develop efficient practices for our programs for more successful delivery of our programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as business, Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Engineering, and Public Policy to ensure continuous alignment balanced with business vision and roadmap
- Provide strategic oversight for all Programs, as well as define, track, and report on metrics/KPIs
- Foster communication, collaboration and continuous improvement across all programs, partner teams and stakeholders
- Communicate utilizing purposeful and effective strategies both formal and informal to provide visibility into key risks, dependencies, or potential roadblocks
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 10 years of working in Program Management in complex matrix organizations
- Minimum 7 years experience on Agile at scale
- Excellent track record in driving delivery and change management in multi-platform experiences and services
- Experience in a software development organization and familiar with SDLC best practices
- Excellent understanding of leading both directly and through influence
- Outstanding leadership, project management, communication and facilitation skills
- Expert organizational skills and highly efficient time management
- Expert at operating within ambiguous situations and high pressure scenarios
- Ability to build strong partnerships at every level. The kind of person that people want to work for and work with

Pay Transparency Information
The expected annual base pay range(s) for this position are detailed below. Each base pay range is relevant only for individuals who are residents of or will be expected to work within the specified locale. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors, which include (but aren’t limited to) things such as skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, and experience. In addition to base pay, most employees are eligible to participate in Epic’s generous benefit plans and discretionary incentive programs (subject to the terms of those plans or programs).
Washington Base Pay Range
$149,594—$219,404 USD
