The Production Lead is responsible for achieving Monogram Foods' mission by working in any of the production/packaging rooms as directed and complying with all food handling, safety, and regulatory policies.
Special duties or assignments may be assigned by the supervisor or manager.

- Physical: Ability to stand on concrete, walk/stand 100% of the shift, and lift 50 lbs.
- Environment: Capable of working alone in ambient temperatures and pushing/pulling up to 400 lbs.
- Employees must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for employment at Monogram Foods.
