As a Lead Product Software Engineer, you will become an indispensable link in the Codabox organization. You will focus on the wellbeing of the cross-functional development team where each member has his own expertise in areas like infrastructure, security, or databases.
As the lead you make sure the team has the skills and the motivation to do their tasks. You are also still actively contributing to the development as Software Engineer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Hands-on software development: Actively contribute to product development across the stack, including backend, frontend, infrastructure (IaC), and quality assurance, while continuously optimizing software development and delivery processes.

Drive innovation and technical excellence: Encourage adoption of best practices, new tools, and techniques that enhance the overall efficiency and quality of the team’s output.
Qualifications and Skills:

Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.

You are a senior developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience developing enterprise cloud applications, with a DevOps mindset: "You build it, you run it."

You have professional experience with Python or Golang or Java in developing enterprise applications. Other programing languages is a plus.

You are comfortable using modern development tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, IDEs, Jira, and Confluence.

You have experience or interest in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.

You communicate effectively in English with both technical and business teams.

You enjoy working in small, agile teams, collaborating and sharing knowledge, and are eager to learn new tools and techniques.
