Lead Product Owner - AI in Procurement (m/f/d)

We are Procure Ai, a market leader in bringing artificial intelligence and automation to the procurement process with the goal to unlock massive savings for our clients by having a high-value procurement function. We are a remote team of experienced tech and business professionals, based in Germany, UK and France. While we enjoy collaborating remotely (and so should you), we come together for regular team offsites in Europe. We are now recruiting for an experienced Lead Product Owner (m/f/d).

You will be an integral part of our Team, leading product management initiatives and contributing to the development of our digital procurement solutions. You will ensure successful project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and deliver high-impact results for our clients.

Impact & Ownership

• Write detailed Product Requirements
• Design Features in Collaboration with Product Designers
• Lead customer workshops for new developments and roadmap alignment (co-innovations)
• Leads workshops for implementation projects and co-innovation
• Collaborate with Marketing for new feature communications
• Lead interviews with key users
• Gather product feedback and incorporate into feature requests
• Specify UAT test scenarios for UAT reviews

• Knowledge and experience in Procurement is a must.
• 4+ years of experience with Enterprise IT solutions and products.
• Strong understanding of SaaS in a B2B context.
• German language skills - C2 or native level, English - B2+, fluent level

• A remote work environment where you can decide to work anywhere in UTC - UTC time zone plus 3 hours - allowing you maximum flexibility.
• Join regular team offsites within Europe.
• 30 days of vacation.
• Up to 2 months work from anywhere (timezone-friendly though!).
