Get to Know the Team
The Integrity tech team is a passionate team, responsible for ensuring that transactions and users on our platform are safe, protected, and genuine. We make an impact by optimizing user experience and limiting revenue leakage. Our team is made up of cross-functional team members across product, engineering, design, data science, analytics, and business.
This role is based in Bangalore and reporting to the Head of Product - Identity.
We are working in a Hybrid Model - 3 days WFO.
Get to Know the Role
We are looking for an experienced product leader with a strong background in identity, authentication, fraud prevention, and KYC/AML within financial services. You should be a critical thinker, data-driven, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment. It is an Individual Contributor role. At Grab, we value creative problem-solvers who push boundaries, take ownership, and embrace learning from failures. You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of KYC/KYB solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless and secure user experience.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for KYC/KYB solutions, aligning them with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, compliance, data, and design teams to develop secure and user-friendly identity verification processes.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize fraud prevention strategies and enhance conversion rates.
- Define success metrics, track key performance indicators, and run experiments to improve KYC/KYB experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and emerging technologies to keep Grab at the forefront of identity and fraud prevention.`
Qualifications
The Essential Skills You Will Need
- 9+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in identity verification, authentication, or fraud prevention in fintech or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of KYC/KYB processes, compliance regulations, and scalable implementation strategies.
- Proven ability to lead and launch user verification, authentication, and fraud detection platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
