The Disney Experiences Technology team is responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including the MyDisneyExperience app and Hey, Disney!
The Lead Product Manager role is a member of the Digital Experiences Technology team responsible for leading the strategic direction of digital products within Disney Experiences. The team runs all aspects of product strategy, including concept development, definition and delivery of these initiatives in collaboration with key team members and partners. Under the guidance of the Manager, Product Management, the Lead Product Manager will inform product strategy, lead execution, partner cross-functionally to deliver frictionless, high-performing transactional journeys.
This role will be focused on supporting co-branded credit card programs spanning multiple brands, delivering results through the acquisition of new customers, and the retention and upselling of existing customers via web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and collaborative, thrives in a complex matrix environment while wearing multiple hats, and can work with autonomy and accountability. They excel at synthesizing diverse technologies, data sources, and business capabilities into intuitive, high-quality products that guests love, balancing innovation with simplicity to deliver measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
Shape the Strategy: Lead the product vision and roadmap execution throughout the entire product delivery process.
Create Clarity: Lead requirement gathering, user story creation, prioritization, and execution with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistent communication with peers, business stakeholders and leadership.
Define Success: Define and monitor key performance metrics to track product performance while identifying areas for optimization that drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional collaborators, including product, engineering and creative services.
Deliver Excellence: Collaborate with Engineering and QA to deliver product releases and updates, ensuring timely and smooth deployment.
Think Proactively: Identify potential risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to project timelines or deliverables.
Lead Communication: Serve as a passionate advocate for your product(s), internally and externally, while educating stakeholders and customers about product features, benefits, and value propositions.
Look Beyond: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Indirect Leadership: Mentor and guides junior team members by demonstrating best practices and examples of quality work outputs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
7+ years of product management experience.
Proficient in crafting high-level, polished presentations suitable for executive audiences (with Manager oversight).
Proficiency in Agile software development methodology and tools including JIRA/Confluence.
Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to accelerate product discovery, decision making and execution.
Ability to translate customer and business needs through requirements and user stories.
Experience leading cross-functional teams within an agile, collaborative environment.
Data and hypothesis-driven aptitude, with the ability to flex business and technical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with consumer-facing services.
Experience within hospitality and/or technology industries.
Experience with Content Management Systems.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.
Familiarity with design principles and best practices.
Familiarity with DevOps and test automation principles.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $155,700 to $208,7000 per year and Orlando, FL is $148,300 to $198,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job Posting Segment:
