Within the Services organization, this role sits within the Business & Markets Insights (BMI) organization. The Business & Market Insights vertical is focused on creating products and solutions that create value for customers through Analytics, Insights, Business Experimentation, and Payment Consulting & Innovation.
Under BMI, Payment Reconciliation Intelligence (PRI) Program's Global Product Management team is seeking an accomplished technology-focused Product Manager to support the evolution of its products to include AI intelligence. This person will be part of a team of product managers that oversee key activities including execution of the generative AI use cases, management of the roadmap, shaping the product platform architecture and the creation of technical requirements.
This individual will partner closely with other members of the Global Product Management team including data scientists to support development of Gen AI use cases & agentic services and ensuring product priorities are well-aligned with strategic objectives. This individual will also be the key collaborator with the Platform team to shape the long term vision for the product and ensure efficient development execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn strategy and roadmap for Gen AI and agentic capabilities across Payment Reconciliation Intelligence.
Translate a deep understanding of our customers into products and solutions that drive significant customer value
Balance the long-term direction of a product with today's needs and constraints by fully understanding the technical, competitive, and commercial contexts of our products.
Partner closely with engineering, data science/AI, other platform/COE teams to ensure architecture quality, safety, evaluation, and observability.
Own PRDs, backlog prioritizations, story writing, dependencies, and release planning.
Partner with Customer Experience team to design intuitive, highly relevant features that are of maximum value to clients.
Ensure consistent alignment between business priorities and development objectives
Lead user research, discovery, and experimentation to validate use cases, accuracy, trust, and business impact.
Support go-to-market, and customer enablement through demos, query resolution, documentation, and training.
Build strong cross-functional and stakeholder alignment across global teams.
Mentor and develop junior product managers.
Qualifications / Desired ExperiencesProduct management and end to end delivery of products.
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
Proven track record collaborating in cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products and features.
Designing, executing, and distilling user research to drive value for the customer.
Excellent execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Good to have : AI know how, specifically experience of working on Gen AI & agentic use cases support & delivery
Payments industry experience is a plus
