What’s the opportunity?
This role will require an ability to deliver products that meet the needs of our customers, regulatory requirements, and our business objectives.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in financial or payments products and a strong background in product management, specifically in delivering scalable, secure and innovative products for the payments or financial services industry.
What will I be doing?
- Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for Core Services - Finance, Accounting and Treasury team
- Lead the execution of the finance roadmap, including the integration of SAP for accounting and a Treasury Management System for treasury operations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, internal teams, and external partners
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data science, to build and maintain innovative, scalable, and user-friendly financial systems
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats to inform product strategy and roadmaps
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
- Continuously identify areas of improvement and optimize the performance of financial systems through data-driven decision making
What skills do I need?
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
- At least 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the payments, finance, treasury, or accounting domains
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and treasury functions
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive insights to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to various audiences.
- English required, knowledge of Spanish is a plus
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products
- Proven ability to find opportunities for improvements in business processes and drive the delivery of innovative solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
