Lead Product Manager - New Business Line

As the Lead Product Manager for our new business line, you’ll spearhead the creation of an innovative product from scratch within the existing Taxfix ecosystem. Your mission will be to serve a new target group looking for intuitive solutions that simplify dealing with taxes and financial admin. This is a highly entrepreneurial individual contributor role, offering significant impact and strong visibility and interaction with leadership.

•  Develop and execute a clear, impactful product strategy and roadmap from ideation through launch, defining measurable goals, crafting compelling business cases, and owning outcomes.

• Gain deep insights into user behaviors, needs, market dynamics, and competition, leveraging data to uncover and execute strategic opportunities.

• Utilize AI and machine learning concepts proactively in product ideation, development, and optimization, ensuring the product leverages cutting-edge technologies.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Data Science, Commercial, and Marketing, to align on vision, strategy, and execution.

• Foster a culture of experimentation, continuously analyzing user insights and metrics to iterate and refine the product, prioritizing efforts that deliver the highest customer value and business impact.

•  4+ years of experience in digital product management, ideally in high-growth, consumer-oriented tech companies.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, highly proactive, with the capability to take full ownership and drive initiatives independently.

• Strong empathy and collaboration skills, able to deeply understand user problems, and effectively communicate with diverse internal stakeholders.

• Demonstrable knowledge and experience applying AI and machine learning in product development, user experience, and data-driven decision making.

• Bonus: Prior experience creating and launching new products or services aimed at expanding into new user segments or markets.
