Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Lead Product Manager of Digital Experience to own the end-to-end digital journey for all of our loan products.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital applications. You will define the strategic vision and lead the hands-on execution required to build a seamless, modern, and intelligent digital conversion funnel. In addition, you will define and implement the "hybrid sales model" for our lending business - to bridge the gap between pure digital and sales-assisted consumer experiences, using AI to combine the best of both.
Achieve embraces a product-led growth approach to our business, and we are looking for a senior product leader to create and execute on the vision for the future of digital lending experiences.
What you'll do
  • Define Strategic Vision: Own the roadmap and long-term vision for our digital application experiences.
  • Enhance Existing Experiences: Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and customer feedback to relentlessly optimize and elevate the current digital application process, driving higher conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Converge Product Journeys: Standardize and unify the digital experience across our different loan products, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive set of interactions for our customers.
  • Innovate Cross-Sell Functionality: Design, test, and launch intelligent cross-sell capabilities within the digital application flow to maximize customer lifetime value without adding friction to the core application.
  • Harmonize Omnichannel Sales: Partner closely with our phone sales and operations teams to build a fluid, omnichannel experience where a customer can seamlessly transition between self-serve digital tools and human assistance without losing context or progress.
  • Pioneer AI Integration: Adapt and architect our digital experiences to interface efficiently with both internal AI agents and external AI agents, assisting or acting as a proxy for our human sales and support teams to ensure our platform is ready for next-generation automated interactions.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

Qualifications
What you'll bring
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years of proven product management experience, successfully shipping and scaling consumer-facing digital products.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in fintech, consumer lending, or financial services is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of best-in-class financial consumer experiences.
  • Technical Acumen: Demonstrated experience building consumer-facing tools that integrate with complex internal and external systems. Experience integrating with AI technologies is preferred.
  • Communication and Documentation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a structured and rigorous thought process, leading to effective documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ownership of Success: Ability to drive success through definition of clear business outcomes, quick product iteration, and efficient prioritization.
  • Analytical Rigor: Exceptional ability to leverage data to drive product decisions, identify friction points in a conversion funnel, and measure the success of new features.
  • Leadership: Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without direct authority, aligning diverse stakeholders around a unified product vision.
  • Education: CS degree or equivalent.
