RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Insights Application and Customize Platform
  • Collaborate with internal customers, including Customize Project Managers, Analytics, FDM, Engineering, CSMs, Reporting, and cross-functional Product teams, as well as external customers, to identify pain points and develop scalable product solutions
  • Develop key success metrics and consistently track progress, adoption, quality, and business impact
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Engineering leads to design ingestion, enrichment, storage, and serving interfaces, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and platform reuse
  • Develop annual and quarterly roadmaps, articulate product vision, and align stakeholders on tradeoffs, sequencing, and delivery priorities
  • Drive product strategy and prioritization for critical infrastructure alignment

  

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Typically 6+ years of experience in product management, ideally with data, analytics, platform, SaaS, financial technology, or data technology products
  • Strong technical fluency across SQL, data modeling, software systems, APIs, data warehouse architecture, and ETL / ELT pipelines
  • Experience building platform infrastructure that serves multiple users, products, and stakeholder groups, with a focus on quality, scalability, and customer value
  • Ability to work in-office two to three days per week in Hyderabad to collaborate with local and distributed teams
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted tools responsibly to improve product discovery, analysis, documentation, prioritization, or workflow quality
  • Exposure to agentic or orchestration concepts, such as MCP, APIs, permissions, or workflow automation, with the judgment to separate current requirements from emerging capabilities
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with GTM, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Customer Success, and Product leaders
  • Excellent communication skills, customer empathy, and ability to translate technical tradeoffs into clear product decisions

 

AND IT’S NICE TO HAVE:  

  • Experience launching or growing a product, business, or 0-to-1 platform capabilities
  • Experience managing custom data reporting or customer-specific analytics engagements
  • Good understanding of business dynamics, including revenue, retention, operational efficiency, and customer adoption
  • Prior experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse / Fabric, Azure Data Factory, or similar data platforms
  • Creative product thinker who collaborates across Engineering, Analytics, and Product to drive strategy beyond backlog management
