The Role
Your missionGotPhoto is looking for an enthusiastic Lead Product Manager, E-commerce to join our Product Team in Berlin to ensure the commercial success of our B2B2C e-commerce platform and strategic product leadership across key markets in North America, DACH, and the UK.
Our business is growing and so is our team: we will have around 200 employees, distributed across 5 countries, by the end of 2025.
As we grow and expand, we recognize the need for a dedicated Product Manager to lead our e-commerce operation and help us grow our GMV. This role will act as a strategic thinker who can hit the ground running, drive big decisions, and coordinate cross-functional teams, providing mentorship to 2 Product Managers in our dynamic environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to level up their commercial and leadership skills while experimenting in a customer-centric environment.
Responsibilities
Lead our e-commerce solution success, with the design and tech teams, driving GMV, AOV, and CVR growth through product-led initiatives and data-driven decision making
Mentor and guide 2 Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring complex challenge resolution with a "can-do" mindset
Lead strategic analysis and product discovery for critical decisions, including build vs. buy evaluations, platform consolidation, and feature prioritization
Define and execute the sales enablement roadmap, developing SaaS tools that empower photographers with optimal pricing, packaging, and automated marketing campaigns
Drive continuous shop conversion optimization through data-driven testing roadmaps tailored to our vertical market context
4+ years of product management experience with a proven track record leading major product initiatives and managing/mentoring other product managers
Experience with E-commerce and digital sales enablement, preferably B2C or B2B2C sectors
Strong commercial skills and business acumen with proven ability to drive revenue growth in SaaS
Mastery of contemporary product discovery and delivery techniques with a focus on outcome-driven results and customer problem-solving
Experience with AI implementation and curiosity in applying AI concepts to evolve products from manual to intelligent, engine-driven solutions
We work in a flexible hybrid model at GotPhoto, leveraging the best of both worlds, with our office at Hausvogteiplatz serving as our central hub for collaboration in Berlin
