Lead Product Manager - Customer and Accounts

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our Betfair International team (part of Flutter International). It's a role with a wide remit to get stuck into including, but not limited to Customer, Accounts and International Compliance.

What you’ll do:

• You’ll play a key role in helping us deliver game-changing projects, continually raising the bar while working at pace.
• You will lead a mutli discipline team and support them in delivering the complete Product Lifecycle.
• You will build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders across the business from Technology, Commercial and Compliance. You’ll also act as lead with a number of external suppliers.
• You’ll be expected to keep collaboration at the front and centre by bridging the gap between the business and technology.
• You’ll be expected to influence the Betfair roadmap and strategy by working closely with the Head of Department to maximise Betfair International results.
• You must be confident at making decisions that carry higher risk and knowing when to escalate.
• You will lead meetings with senior stakeholder groups and keep teams in the loop with regular updates on progress. You’ll be expected to keep a close eye on project timelines so we stay on track and create contingency plans so you’re always one step ahead.
• You will need to work with analytics teams to review large data sets and work with your team to present with a clear narrative so that stakeholders of senior / leadership team level can understand and be prepared to answer

What you’ll bring

• The ability to manage multiple projects and to lead a team who will look to you for guidance, support and coaching
• A passion for organisation and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be a whiz at jumping from project to project without missing a beat.
• Hands-on and extensive experience in Product Management (more than 5 years)
• A deep understanding of the Gaming and Gambling Industry.
• A passion for understanding what makes customers tick.
• A true collaborator at heart – you’ll love working with people within the team and beyond
• Excellent communication across a range of channels and audiences 
• A cool head under pressure – we work as a team and support each other but some periods are busier than others.
• A diligent leader who cares about team development and individual progression
• A can-do attitude and a willingness to get stuck into any task.

Desirable skills which aren’t role critical:

• Additional languages - Brazillian Portuguese would be especially advantageous.

• Experience in the Gambling and Gaming sector
• An interest in sport/poker/gaming etc.
• Experience of working in a compliance role
