Job Description

OVERVIEW:

 The Sportradar sportsbook is central platform in which all Sportradar products come together as a seamless one-stop shop for operators. We are looking for a Front End Sportsbook Product Manager with an excellent knowledge of sports betting products from both an end user and operator perspective, including:

 • Front end display and functionality (ideally including Mobile too)

• Strong market knowledge and experience in the Sport betting industry

• Third party content feeds

• Bet acceptance and settlement processes.

• Regional product differentiations.


THE CHALLENGE:

 • Working closely with senior management and the Head of Product to ensure that the company develops a product that fits with its strategic goals.

 • Working collaboratively to produce and manage the Front End Sportsbooks product road map.

• Being the ambassador for the product and the primary contact for queries relating to the product.

• Managing a team of highly motivated and competent Product Owners to enhance the User Experience for both Orako Front End and Orako Mobile.

• Understanding and breaking down Product initiatives into requirements and Epics.

• Understand the business value behind feature requests and create a suitable business case for Initiatives and Epics if needed.

• Ensuring that projects stay on track to achieve delivery commitments, including problem solving and trade off analysis when necessary.

• Working with the development team and monitoring the progress of projects during the development cycle to ensure that they have the correct functionality according to the scope.

• Taking part in demonstrations of software releases and collecting feedback on improvements for future development.

• Continually researching the market, our competitors, customer usage behaviour and technology trends to ensure that we maintain market leading products.


YOUR PROFILE:

• You should have at least five years working in a sportsbook operator or B2B setting.

• You should have at least three years' experience in Product Management.

• You should some leadership and/or management experience.

• You should have a fundamental understanding of the customer experience of using sports betting products.

• You should be familiar with the regional differences of sports betting products.

• Having experience of both Front End and Mobile sports betting products is an advantage.

• You will have a collaborative attitude with all stakeholders during the visioning and scoping of projects.

• You need to be a creative and strategic thinker with problem solving skills

• You must have attention to detail in product design.

• You will have a good understanding of the development process and product development lifecycle and have experience of Agile methodologies.

• You will require good organisational and time management skills and the ability to work across different teams to deliver a common goal

• You will have experience of defining a minimum marketable product and a minimum viable product.

• You will have experience in defining road maps and prioritizing project backlogs.

• You will have good presentation and leadership skills

• You will have a basic understanding of the technologies used in product development.
