- Lead product initiatives with strategic significance, often across multiple teams or platforms
- Define product roadmaps, manage stakeholders at various levels, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Define and drive product vision, strategy and roadmap for a significant product area based on stakeholder needs and business benefits in alignment with company goals
- Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, prioritization, and delivery of impactful product features
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform product decisions
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
- Translate customer and business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics
- Work closely with technology and design to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features
- Communicate product plans, progress, and performance to stakeholders and leadership
Education & Years of Experience
- Minimum - 4 Years Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Technology, Business or related
- Minimum - 5 years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related
- Preferred - 5 years in Auto Lending
In Lieu of Education
- 8 Years of Agile/Scrum Methodologies, Product Management or related within (specific domain)
License/Certifications/Training
- Preferred - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $92,600 - $144,100 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge
