Roles and Responsibilities
- Provides expertise in analyzing learning needs, designing training solutions for a business or function. Focused on technical training essential for a particular business or function, and does not include Leadership Learning, which falls within HR. Includes trainers and coordinators whose main task is to deliver the training content or make logistical arrangements for training programs.
- Project manage cadences, internal meetings with different stakeholders, according to product releases timelines to prepare the steps previous to the release from a L&D perspective
- Being part of the ATQ process and deliver latest statuses of products curriculum development
- Collaborate with technical engineers, Product Managers, Product owners for creating curriculum blueprints and timelines for delivering content
- Collaborate with instructional designers and trainers from L&D team for the development of curriculums
- Creating learning experiences, deliver content to L&D team, and materials for technical trainings for GridOS solution
- Ensure there’s a smooth communication between multiple departments: Product/Engineering, Services, L&D, Support
- Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Ability to prioritize information for decision making. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
- A job at this level requires strong interpersonal skills. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Required Qualifications
- For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Product Management & Training Design and Delivery. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
- For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree [in X discipline(s)] from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
