The Role

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

In this role you will report to the Senior Manager Footwear. You will collaborate closely with your footwear triad and supporting functions. You will partner closely and collaboratively with internal functions across Consumer Merch, Account merch & NDDC regularly to drive the end-to-end process of creations. You will work with Brand Marketing Teams & Account Teams to ensure clear storytelling on brand initiatives and campaigns on products. Seasonally you will engage directly with Accounts across EMEA.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Lead Product Line Manager to deliver best in class briefing, expertise of the European Market place and unparalleled connection and knowledge of the Consumers of EMEA an exciting role of Lead PLM Footwear Product Management.

This role is focused mainly on the lifestyle footwear consumer of EMEA, managing end to end process of product creation from line plan to sell in.

The ideal candidate should have proven expertise of the product creation process, consumer and EMEA marketplace on Lifestyle Footwear. Experience in managing communication cross functionally and externally with key accounts.

  • Expert knowledge of the EMEA consumer and experience working with and making decisions from consumer insight to product execution.
  • Strong understanding of the Footwear creation process across functions &/or Merchandising within a footwear organization
  • A proven experience working in Footwear product creation &/or Merchandising with a strong understanding of production.
  • Expert knowledge of the European Retail Landscape and Key Accounts.
  • Exceptional attention to details and deadlines, with validated ability to handle multiple work streams.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and the proven ability to work collaboratively
  • Proactive information-seeking skills and a drive for results- win as a team
  • Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability and confidence to lead and challenge peers and senior stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, etc.
  • Travel up to 20% of the time including international travel

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

We will be working on delivering the fastest to market consumer led briefs to our Design and Development teams. You will be an expert of the consumer of EMEA to enable sharp insights to inform outstanding design and development in a fast-paced environment.

A typical day/week in the Express Lane Lead PLM function will involve a lot of excitement in a fast-paced environment. Spanning a broad range of consumer centric footwear executions curated especially for our EMEA consumers. You will work closely with your Design and Development functions to drive excellence on execution & process. You will deliver best in class presentations to internal and external stakeholders with passion for the work and output of the teams.
