The Product Analytics team at mindtickle has a clear mission - to enable impactful product decisions from the data lens. It includes the quantitative understanding of what users are doing within mindtickle, how product features perform as far as how we measure the success of product development life cycle, measure the impact of various product decisions from both the user experience and revenue perspectives, and guide product development and roadmap decisions.



To scale efficiently in a hyper-growth setting we implement an ‘analytics-as-a-product’ concept by providing self-serve analytics capabilities, onboarding and training people in analytics, disseminating data-informed decision culture, measuring success, and iterating. We’re looking for someone who can provide quantitative insights to help us better understand our customers based on their actions, and guide product development and roadmap decisions.



The ideal candidate has a strong familiarity with a wide range of systems and tools, is highly structured and results-driven, and loves to think big and solve ambiguous problems. What’s in it for you?

  • Drive a deep understanding of product usage across customers, cohorts, personas, etc.
  • Drive user adoption and retention through fast experimentation of user growth initiatives, both in and outside of the product.
  • Develop and act on recommendations to identify opportunities to increase product adoption at each touchpoint of the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Customer Education teams to increase product activation through targeted messaging and collateral. Develop instrumentation to execute activation programs at scale.
  • Partner with the Product team to assess business impact and customer outcomes for planned product features to enable data-driven product roadmap decisions.
  • Support and drive maintenance and data integrations across key systems, including Mixpanel (amplitude, google analytics or other clickstream data)
  • Implement internal cross-team processes and optimize systems integrations to ensure data accuracy.
  • Continuously improve our growth stack by evaluating and implementing new systems and tools.

We’d love to hear from you, if you:

  • Have at least 6 years of relevant experience in Analytics within Product teams, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company. 
  • Have experience with product-led growth initiatives and customer journey mapping.
  • Have excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).
  • Posses strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across different functions, both technical and non-technical.
  • Are highly organized and self-motivated with a bias for action and driving results.
  • Are strong independent project management skills including the ability to define and execute against project timeframes, dependencies, and risk factors.
  • Thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working on multiple tasks with competing priorities with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
  • Are strong familiarity with reading code is a must, including familiarity with SQL, python.
  • Have experience with a wide range of functional systems preferred, including Mixpanel, Salesforce, Marketo, Appcues, Pendo, FreshDesk, Appcues.
  • Hold B.A./B.S. Degree, MBA is a plus.
