We’re looking for a Lead Producer (Parental Cover) to join our digital games team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced producer who’s ready to take on more ownership and coordination responsibility while staying close to the day-to-day production process!
Core Responsibilities
As Lead Producer you help bring the LEGO brand to life through high-quality, family-friendly games. You’ll guide production across a portfolio of externally developed titles, ensuring projects run smoothly, stay aligned with LEGO values, and deliver fun, safe experiences for kids and families. Responsibilities will include the following:
Lead the production of licensed games developed by external studios, from concept through launch and live updates.
Manage schedules, reviews, and achievements while keeping communication clear across internal teams and partners.
Act as a senior point of contact with developers, licensors, and internal partners, ensuring priorities are understood and delivered.
Safeguard LEGO brand values in all game content—making sure our titles are fun, age-appropriate, and innovative.
Provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior producers or coordinators.
Collaborate closely with marketing, publishing, and product teams on positioning, go-to-market, and live ops strategies.
Proactively spot risks and find solutions to keep development on track.

The LEGO® GAME team is responsible for all game products across the company. It is our ambition to demonstrate that games based on the LEGO® Idea can be the most fun, creative and collaborative, while being safe. Developed for everyone and loved by children.
You will join the LEGO GAME team and work cross-functionally towards delivering value-added products across games to children and families around the world.
Please note: This is a position based in Billund or Copenhagen, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role!
Do you have what it takes?
Proven experience in a production or publishing role in games, ideally with experience shipping at least one title.
Strong organizational and communication skills—you know how to align multiple teams and keep projects moving.
Hands-on experience working with external development partners.
A clear sense of what makes games engaging and appropriate for kids.
Comfortable balancing creative ambition with production realities and deadlines.
Passion for working with licensed IP and navigating feedback loops with licensors/brand partners.
Additional qualifications we would also look for
Experience with free-to-play mobile games and/or live ops.
Experience shipping console or PC titles, especially in AA/AAA settings.
Familiarity with compliance/regulations for kids (COPPA, GDPR-K, ESRB, PEGI).
Knowledge of production tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
Exposure to toy, animation, or family entertainment brands.
