Main Responsibilities
Lead Process Engineer:
Responsible for process and equipment (early FEL phase) engineering in investment projects from concept development to commissioning.
Process Lead role in (20 million EUR) investment projects Responsible for design, layout, specification of all process relevant engineering documents, coordination of construction, support of commissioning.

Has up-to-date knowledge of the relevant best practices, codes/ standards and state of the art relevant to his/her discipline and implements them in the project.

Development of scope and quantities for the preparation of the cost estimate and the schedule. Prepare documentation for process (basic, detail, interface, final) in EPDS 1-99 Project File Structure to ensure the delivery package fully complianced, collates and reviews engineering documents created by process engineers assigned to the same project.

Supervision of assigned team members through all project phases up to commissioning. Identifies technical needs of clients, converts those needs into functional and technical requirements and finally into engineering design input.  
Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)
University degree in engineering (Master or Bachelor), preferably specialization/ focus on process engineering/chemical engineering.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to deal with uncertainties and conflicts. Excellent leadership skills, ability to represent the project issues to internal and external stakeholders.

Broad expertise in basic process operations, has up-to-date knowledge of the relevant internal and external rules and regulations.

Spoken and written Chinese and English, is able to express ideas concisely and clearly, orally and in writing.

Several years of professional experience in the execution of projects (> 8 years).

Willingness for business trips and regional/global assignment, is able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
