What you will do
Design and manage pricing architecture including list to net price realization, procedure economics, value communication framework, segmentation strategy, channel & trade margin strategy
Support new product pricing, discount governance, and deal approvals
Drive product mix optimization and margin improvement initiatives & build end‑customer and market price visibility
Conduct competitor benchmarking and support competitive strategy design
Perform price elasticity analysis and pricing scenario modelling
Lead pricing reviews, revisions, and governance cadence
Develop and maintain pricing and margin dashboards
Pricing Analytics professional to drive data‑led pricing strategy, to support revenue and margin expansion by strengthening pricing discipline and unlocking value. The role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve price realization and governance across the portfolio.
What you need
5–7 years of experience in pricing, analytics, commercial finance, or strategy
Field or product marketing experience in the medical devices space is a plus
Advanced Excel / data analysis capability required, experience with BI tools a plus
Execution focus and attention to detail
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to translate analytics into clear business recommendations
