Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Pricing Analysis & Data Management
- Maintain and enhance pricing master data, tables, and infrastructure
- Perform cost analysis and support pricing tools (e.g., NOVO system)
- Develop competitor comparison models and side-by-side analyses
- Manage multi-currency pricing data and FX impact analysis
- Ensure real-time availability of cost and pricing data for decision-making
- Build and maintain competitor pricing databases and tracking systems
- Conduct data mining and benchmarking to identify pricing trends
- Develop analytical templates for competitor insights
- Analyze competitor quotes across multiple regions/languages
- Track competitor price movements and market positioning
- Evaluate contracts and special pricing requests
- Recommend pricing/discount strategies aligned with business playbooks
- Conduct deal profitability and margin analysis
- Ensure compliance with pricing governance and policies
- Provide pricing recommendations to senior leadership
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and global teams
- Support dealers and internal customers with pricing insights
- Collaborate across geographically dispersed and multicultural teams
- Lead and mentor Pricing Analysts and Senior Analysts
- Ensure delivery quality, productivity, and timelines
- Drive continuous improvement in pricing processes and tools
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects
- Improve efficiency, automation, and analytical frameworks
