- Be the performance management co-pilot for the VP logistics
- Define and own all logistics related financial and operational KPI’s
- Define, own and build the global logistics financial and operational KPI’s reporting
- Support logistics financial planning process in close cooperation with the FP&A HQ
- Review and analyze logistics cost budget
- Analyze logistics KPI’s , provide insights and advise on risks and opportunities
- Define, own and implement logistics cost accounting policy in close cooperation with the Accounting HQ
- Conduct monthly/quarterly KPI review meetings
- Work closely with local and global logistics and finance functions to understand the logistics financial and operational KPI’s
- Support adhoc analysis related to the financial and operational logistics KPI’s
- Support business case creation, ensure business cases are in line with financial planning and follow up on investments
- Checking and ensuring the quality of the accounting material at high level.
- University degree in logistics, management, finance, or any relevant background
- 8 -10 years experience in relevant business area
- Good logistics and finance knowledge with strong business sense
- Strong experience in a multinational company – preferably in the logistics, supply chain or finance department
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Solution-oriented and open-minded team player with a high degree of self-management
- Good understanding of KPI’s and performance management
- Fluent English is a must, German is a plus
- This opportunity will be available in full time or part time.
