What you will own : We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to support our payroll processes across multiple regions, including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, prepare essential reports, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our payroll operations.● Manage payroll processing for employees in the Asia-Pacific region● Ensure timely and accurate preparation of periodic payroll reports and consolidate data as needed; Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists to ensure compliance;● Oversee and monitor superannuation and tax processes;● Prepare payroll month-end reports for accounting and auditing purposes; Provide necessary data and documentation during audit periods;● Handle ad hoc reports and special projects as requiredWhat you’ll bring  Global Payments is committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), with our vision to be Champions of Inclusion. Experience with Dayforce is a bonus;● Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues effectively;● Ability to escalate issues when necessary, maintaining proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven work habits.● Proficiency in English & Chinese (Read & Speak)● Team-oriented with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy;It’s a bonus if you have

Skills Required

  • 10+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration
  • Working knowledge of APAC payroll requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
