At Franciscan, our Lead Operations Analytics provide critical leadership and collaborate with a team of BI Analysts to provide business guidance and recommendations to stakeholders, including identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity. In this role you will develop, publish, and interpret reports and dashboards using BI tools, including data collection from operational, clinical, and financial data sources using SQL and ETL tools, analytical data modeling, and operational and financial metrics design. You will also spearhead analytics projects that measure patient access and satisfaction by providing technical expertise, project management skills, and general guidance to a team of data developers.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Provide leadership and technical expertise to BI developers.
Partner with Access Optimization leadership to execute projects.
Review and guide team members on logic/programming.
Develop and publish ad-hoc/standard reports (SQL/ETL/Power BI).
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
Manage day-to-day project aspects (Scope, Budget, Risk).
Manage maintenance schedules and ensure policy compliance.
Responsible for operational stability of tools.
Monitor and recommend upgrades to infrastructure.
QUALFICATIONS
Required Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field
Required Master's Degree MBA
5 years relevant experience designing and developing interactive data-driven applications in a healthcare organization & leading teams and enterprise-wide BI-related solutions through project inception to execution in a healthcare organization. Required
1 year Experience with Microsoft Business Intelligence development and architecture, including Power BI, SQL Server Management Studio, SSRS, SSAS, SSIS, Visual Studio Required
1 year Experience in the development of ETL processes, T-SQL (stored procedures, triggers, views) Required
1 year Experience with Epic Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, and Access data model Required
