Key Responsibilities:
Conduct red team operations including penetration testing, social engineering, and physical security assessments.
Emulate threat actor behavior to test the effectiveness of GCash’s detection and response capabilities.
Collaborate with blue teams to refine defensive strategies and improve incident response processes.
Document and report findings in a clear, technical, and executive-friendly manner.
Stay up to date with emerging attack vectors, threat landscapes, and offensive security tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in red teaming, offensive security, or penetration testing.
Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and adversary simulation tools (e.g., Cobalt Strike, Sliver, etc.).
Familiarity with EDR evasion, lateral movement, and privilege escalation techniques.
Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, CRTO, Red Team Operator) are a plus.
