Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with expertise in PL/SQL, C#, .NET and Shell Scripting, a strong background in accounting, and exposure to Salesforce (SFDC) and AWS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing database solutions, automating processes, and leading technical implementations while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Stored Procedure Development & Optimization:
- Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL procedures, triggers, and functions to support business operations.
- Ensure efficient data processing and database performance tuning.
Scripting & Automation:
- Develop and maintain Shell scripts for process automation, data migration, and system integration.
- Enhance operational efficiency through automated workflows. .Net/ C#
- Develop and maintain existing code and optimize it as needed
- Enhance operational efficiency through reuse and standardization.
Technical Leadership:
- Lead a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Accounting Systems & Data Management:
- Work closely with the finance team to understand accounting processes and develop solutions that support financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations.
Cloud & CRM Exposure:
- Collaborate on Salesforce (SFDC) integrations and customizations.
- Work on AWS services related to database, storage, and compute for application hosting and data processing.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and IT to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Document technical designs, workflows, and support processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with PL/SQL (writing queries, stored procedures, performance tuning).
- Proficiency in Shell Scripting for automation and process optimization.
- Strong experience on C# and .Net, REST API coding and maintaining
- Background in accounting, with an understanding of financial transactions and reporting.
- Exposure to Salesforce (SFDC) (integration, customization, data management).
- Experience working with AWS services (RDS, S3, Lambda, EC2, etc.).
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data migration strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other scripting languages (Python, Splunk, XML/SOAP, API) is a plus.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools for CI/CD on AWS.
The range for this position is $86,200 to $143,600. When determining candidate offers, we consider experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location among other factors. This job is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and Kemper benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, etc.)
