Operates gasoline-, liquefied gas-, or electric-powered industrial equipment equipped with lifting devices, such as sit-down, stand-up, clamp or other elevating equipment to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in distribution center or storage yard.
Responsibilities:
• Supports, trains and certifies newly hired LTOs
• Operates industrial powered lift truck in a safe and efficient manner
• In the absence of the Shift Supervisor the Lead will act as Supervisor as needed
• Inventories materials on work floor and supply workers with materials as needed
• Assists Supervisors and management of the facility in planning, assigning and directing work
• Assist LTO's with daily issues
• Assist other Leads and Supervisors with ensuring that policies, procedures, and best practices are being followed
• Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed.
• Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.
Hourly Rate: $21.00 + $2.00 Shift Differential
Schedule: Friday - Sunday / 5:00 am - 5:00 pm
Preferred Qualifications• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.).
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
Skills Required
- High school diploma or GED

- Successfully complete post-hire assessments
