Analyze demand forecasts, historical data, and capacity constraints to create realistic and achievable production plans.
Monitor production performance against the master schedule, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Work closely with production, procurement, and engineering teams to resolve material shortages, capacity bottlenecks, and other scheduling conflicts.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in master scheduling processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) related to scheduling adherence, on-time delivery, and inventory turns.
Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving overall supply chain responsiveness and operational efficiency.
Utilize advanced planning systems (e.g., ERP, APS) to optimize scheduling decisions and data integrity.
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in master scheduling, production planning, or supply chain planning, with some experience in a lead or senior capacity, preferably within a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
Proven expertise in developing and managing master production schedules and participating in S&OP processes.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning systems (APS).
Excellent understanding of production processes, capacity planning, and inventory management principles.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and complex global environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., APICS CSCP, CPIM) are highly desirable.
Who You Are
A natural leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively across all levels of the organization.
