We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will plan and implement projects that support our marketing function. You will work with product managers to identify new marketing opportunities, prepare regular marketing activity reports, and provide strategic insights to the sales organization.

Job Description

Lead Marketing Mexico. Sr Field Marketing Specialist

Location: Mexico City

Modality: Hybrid

You will report to: Director Marketing Latin America

Activities:

  • Collaborate with product managers to evaluate new marketing opportunities.
  • Present regular marketing activity reports in Excel and Power BI.
  • Provide strategic support and insights to the sales organization to align marketing projects with sales goals.
  • Recommend actions, schedule and plan projects, estimate costs
  • Provide pre-and post-sale marketing support to distributors, OEMs, and the ecosystem.
  • Support public relations efforts.
  • Coordinate trade show activities and manage logistics.
  • Oversee website development.
  • Track marketing campaigns to evaluate results and provide recommendations for future promotions.
  • Develop the demand-to-revenue process in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Establish criteria for leads, lead scoring, and follow-up on demand generation measurement.
  • Set clear marketing goals for the region and distributors.
  • Be a subject matter expert in marketing to channel strategies and accountability.
  • Follow up on the competition to identify differentiators and provide feedback to strengthen our value proposition.
  • Project management

Complexity:

  • Work on complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.

Guidance:

  • Determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
  • May coordinate activities of other employees.

Knowledge/Skill:

  • Have wide-ranging experience and use professional concepts and our goals to resolve complex issues in creative ways.

Experience:

  • 8 years of related experience.

Scope:

  • Establish operational objectives and work plans.

Interaction:

  • Frequently work with peers and customers to gain cooperation or conduct presentations of complex technical information/project activities.
  • Network with main contacts outside own area of expertise.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Advanced level of English
  • Experience in project management.
  • And the ability to evaluate complex data.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation platforms as Eloqua or Salesforce (plus)).
  • Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • And as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel for trade shows and other marketing events.
  • VISA is a plus
