Job Title: Lead - Marketing Measurement and Analytics
The Purpose of This Role
The Customer Knowledge and Strategic Insights (CKSI) team, within the Fidelity Wealth Business unit, plays a crucial role in providing data-driven analytics to various product areas. Your responsibilities will involve providing data and insights that contribute to strategy and execution. Your expertise in data analytics will be instrumental in driving impactful outcomes.

You’ll collaborate with product area leaders and deliver actionable insights on business questions by conducting exploratory analysis, integrating customer, digital and offsite data.

You’ll craft and package recommendations supported by compelling storytelling, logical reasoning, and robust data insights. Your ability to blend data-driven insights with persuasive narratives will be a key asset in driving impactful decisions and fostering collaboration.

You’ll work on developing scalable capabilities to assist the product area in measuring several KPIs more quickly.
The Skills and the Expertise we are looking for
Technical / Behavioral

Bachelor’s degree boosted by additional focused experience or education in areas like analytics, consulting, economics and statistics.

3-7 years of prior work experience, preferably in Customer analytics/measurement role(s) focused on data and analytics delivery.

Demonstrates critical thinking and structured problem solving. Ability to draw out insights, answer the ‘so-what’ & ‘what-if’ and propose actionable recommendations.

Proficient in SQL(Snowflake), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced analytics software (e.g., R, Python)

Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can influence stakeholders and collaboratively work across Fidelity to deliver business outcomes and seek out the expertise of colleagues to advise on your approach.

Consistent behavioural skills in terms of time management, prioritization, and delivery focused.

Good to have exposure of digital analytics tools (Adobe, Google) and concepts such as attribution, A/B testing.

Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and evaluate and implement appropriate techniques to enhance analytical capabilities.
