Skills Required
- 5+ years of data science experience or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education
- Master’s degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, economics, computer science, or another quantitative discipline
- 5+ years of marketing analytics, campaign measurement, customer analytics, marketing science, or related analytical experience supporting marketing organizations
- Experience measuring and optimizing customer acquisition, engagement, retention, or cross-sell marketing programs
- Experience with campaign testing, incrementality measurement, attribution, marketing ROI, or audience targeting strategies
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and other programming languages
- Proficiency in data visualization, preferably with Power BI
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
- Must work hybrid three days in office and two days remotely from an approved posting location
- Must reside within a commutable distance of the posting location
