We are seeking a Lead / Manager, Business Analytics to join our Platform Analytics team. This is not a traditional data science role—we are looking for a strategic problem-solver who can translate complex business questions into clear, actionable insights.
In this role, you will act as an internal consultant to our Platform Operations teams, leading project-based and ad-hoc analyses that evaluate in-app offering performance, efficiency, and enhancement opportunities. You will work directly with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions—no need to write SQL or Python; your value lies in your ability to find insights and solve business problems .
What You Will Do1. Project-Based & Ad-Hoc Analysis (Core Focus)Lead item-based and project-based analyses requested by Platform Operations teams, including but not limited to:
Strategic performance analysis—evaluate efficiency and user adoption trends
Regional analysis —assess market-specific performance and identify growth opportunities
Seasonal and post-holiday analysis—measure demand fluctuations and platform readiness
In-app offering performance reviews—evaluate feature adoption, user behavior, and enhancement opportunities
Handle urgent, dynamic analytics requests from senior management with flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset
Identify key business questions and design analytical approaches to answer them—even when data is imperfect or ambiguous
Synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives that drive strategic action
Proactively surface opportunities for platform efficiency and performance improvement before being asked
Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Platform Operations teams
Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations that distill complex analyses into simple, actionable insights
Influence decision-making by framing data-driven recommendations in business terms that resonate with operators and leaders
