JOB DESCRIPTION:
Scope of the role:
The Lead Management Executive is responsible for the verification and conversion of new client enquiries to Bedsonline. They will do this by handling incoming global e-registrations from travel agencies, verification of legitimate opportunities via document collection and database checks (internal and external), and all admin tasks related to conversion of enquiry to new accounts, branches and users of Bedsonline clients. The Lead Management Executive will be confident and happy to handle high volumes and diverse types of enquiries, be extremely organized in the account creation process from verifying enquiry to conversion or closure.
MAIN FUNCTION
To check and convert the incoming high volume of e-registration new client enquiries for Bedsonline, and convert to new users of the platform
Managing a large influx of leads (creation and conversion) with some administrative client interactions
Update account and lead records using the Salesforce CRM system (account creation requirement chasers, tasks)
PURPOSE
Oversee the creation of new travel agencies and users to the Bedsonline platform
REQUIREMENTS
Able to self-organise and happily handle high volumes of enquiries from receiving through to final conversion or closure
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical processes, with a desire to streamline where possible
Highly computer literate (Microsoft suite – Outlook and Excel especially) and understanding of some technical solutions used by sales companies (specifically Salesforce)
Strong communication skills
Driven by results - self-motivated and a "team player", resourceful and creative with a strong customer service streak
Basic knowledge of sales management in a hospitality set up preferred
Min. 1 year experience in the travel industry highly preferred
Fluent English required, additional languages a bonus
