Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Works with internal and external clients in the implementation and/or modification of applications, systems or programs
- Evaluates client needs, identifies configurations that support business processes, executes on delivery and implementation plans, troubleshoots system setups and provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process
- Quarterly site visits which may involve overnight travel
- Manages escalations, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and customer satisfaction remains high
- Regarded as technical expert within discipline
- Anticipates business and regulatory challenges to proactively assess impact to work performed
- Recommends improvements to product, process or service
- Leads complex or specialized projects
- Works within general functional policies and industry guidelines
- Impacts direction of program, project or services
- Solves unique problems with broad impact
- Develops creative solutions through conceptual and innovative thinking
- Communicates complex ideas across functions and levels

Education
