The annual pay range for this position is $142,418 - $216,000/year
How You Will Contribute:
Duties: Identify and lead initiatives and programs to scale the organization and its operations for future growth. Provide governance, strategic consultation and recommendations for business process design, business intelligence design, software development architecture, application frameworks or interfaces during the design and ongoing care of solutions. Develop processes and metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to improve effectiveness and efficiency of technical evaluations, workshops, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements. Partner with Business teams to align on overall strategy and priorities and provide support for specific POCs (proof of concept), initiatives and programs. Develop and foster relationships for key business leaders at the program sponsor and executive level. Partner with business and IT leadership to align with and deliver plans, strategies, and annual goals. Mentor and develop an exceptional team of Solution Architect & functional domain Architects. Collaborate with Service & Delivery leads and Project Management teams to improve engagement models and ensure the appropriate coverage of service area. Partner with other Service areas to ensure efficient and ongoing enablement and development of the team.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Computer Systems Engineers/Architects-related occupation.
Position requires 60 months of experience in the following:
• Forecast tuning, Demand Sensing, Constraint Planning, Supplier Collaboration and Global Order Promising;
• Modeling Hitech businesses for Supply Planning
• Forecast to Plan/Plan to Schedule / Deliver to schedule systems/process understanding;
• ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation in cloud or on-premises with integrations to planning;
• Planning tools including one of the following: Kinaxis,O9,Oracle ,SAP, or E2Open; and
• Supply Strategies based on segmentation and profiles to drive improvement..
