- Leading IT projects, mentoring analysts, and supporting process improvements.
- Managing incidents, problems, and changes to ensure smooth application performance.
Education
- 6-8 years of relevant experience with a degree (Required)or
- 8-10 years of relevant experience without a degree (Required)
- EPIC Certification – Ambulatory (Required)
or
- EPIC Professional Billing Certificate (Required)
- Experience with an Epic Community Connect program is preferred
- Microsoft Excel and/or Project experience is preferred
- Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred
- Current Epic Professional Billing (PB) or Epic Ambulatory certification and build experience is required

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is: $91,416 - $152,380.80. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

The facility includes an ambulance-accessible emergency room that is supported by board-certified physicians. Sentara Independence houses state-of-the-art medical equipment and highly-skilled physicians and staff. Sentara Independence is now an extension of the quality services at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital including advanced imaging and physical therapy.
