Description

We are looking for a candidate who will be responsible for handling Wireline / Enterprise

Network IP MPLS planning & Central Element function for TTL (Network Engineering)

Design & Topology finalization, new product / feature introduction, Capex finalization, Team

management etc.

Key Role 

Deliverables

• Shall be responsible for engineering HLD/LLD design, and topology finalization for IP core elements covering IP MPLS in Core/Access/NLD-PE in Enterprise network multi-vendor ecosystem IP MPLS vendors (e.g. Cisco/Nokia/Huawei etc.) Internet Designing, Caching and Peering , with OTN, DWDM, MPLS, PACKET, Hybrid for IP/TX and Central elements covering IAGs, Broadband – FTTX GPON OLT BNG, BRAS, Wi-Fi AAA RADIUS, TACACS, AAA Wi-Fi ,SD WAN, BB, WLC, DNS, LB ,MRTG, Speed Test Server, Firewall, CGNAT , Syslog, NMS (Cisco, Nokia, Huawei HW/SW/License) ,  and associated L2/L3 switches.
• IP MPLS Network Planning Engineering experience for equipment/Bandwidth/Capacity/ Durability/ Sustainability plan in NLD and Metro as per requirements with proper Link Engineering.
• Having approach in Network Architecture Technology design in IP MPLS, Central Element Network overall in Ring, Protection, Optimize.
• Well Understanding the Wi-Fi Topology network designing and deliverable solutions for enterprise ILL network with permanent and event-based solutions.
• Having skills, knowledge, and experience ILL /MPLS and SIP solutions designing, service deliverable with IP Planning, Central Element, Planning Documents, Service migrations
• Shall be interacting with Business – Product, Sales team for understanding new feature. and solution requirements, scope finalization, vendor interaction and implementation in the field.
• Coordinating with Network Operations/Network implementation team for installation and commissioning, AT, Testing , Migration strategies finalization, Service Migration plan Event Scheduling &  Execution with NOC team, Config MOP preparation and Execution & Handover, Operations of the network element.
• RFP prepare in coordination with all stakeholders for any new vendor introduction in central Element.
• Shall be knowledgeable on key network transition topologies for creating futuristic network.
• Shall be responsible for preparation of budgetary requirements for the FY basis the AOP projections from product team.
• Shall be driving network Optimization exercise to save opex saving.
• Vendor management for raising PR/PO, invoice clearance.
• Supporting network operations/NOC teams for reducing major events in the field and controlling it as a process and functioning of Transport, IP network and Central elements 
• Business process document preparation covering various business process flow for new development/enhancement/flaw correction.
• Interaction with SCM for function material requirements, spare management
• Inter- department coordination for closing dependency to meet business objectives.
• Efforts towards automating process/reports for performance monitoring of the network.
• Handling planning related audit with internal/external agencies. 
• Skill development/enhancement for team members to meet future network capabilities.
• Responsible for overall development of team’s career growth.

Right Person (Qualification & Experience)

• B. Tech / B. E in electronics and communication engineering
• CCNA/CCNP Certification required. 
• Security, Firewall/SD-WAN certification if any.
• Hands-on Experience on Multi vendors routers/Switches on IP MPLS (e.g. Cisco/ Juniper/ Huawei/ Nokia all types of configurations and solutioning ….)
• Experience of handling wireline IP MPLS & Central Element Network 
• Good project management skills required.
