Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Innovation & Business Development Manager – Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) to drive our innovation agenda across Latin America.

This role will act as a key bridge between global strategy and regional execution, accelerating the adoption of innovative solutions at the point of sale and enabling new commercial opportunities across LATAM markets.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the global Innovation & Business Development team, you will:

  • Drive the deployment and execution of innovation initiatives across LATAM, ensuring alignment with global strategy;
  • Lead pilot programs and validate new solutions in partnership with customers and regional teams;
  • Support high-impact commercial opportunities by integrating innovation into customer value propositions;
  • Enable regional teams with solution-selling practices, tools, and methodologies;
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to scale solutions and adapt them to market needs;
  • Facilitate customer engagement and co-creation journeys to accelerate innovation outcomes.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, playing a critical role in scaling Brink’s digital retail solutions across diverse markets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or a related field;
  • Experience in payments, POS solutions, banking, fintech, or digital solutions, or in complex B2B services environments;
  • Proven track record in business development, partnership structuring, and strategic deal execution;
  • Strong commercial acumen combined with the ability to translate strategy into execution;
  • Experience operating in cross-functional and multicultural environments;
  • High level of autonomy, with a demonstrated self-starter mindset;
  • Strong project execution and stakeholder management capabilities;
  • Fluent in English and Spanish;
  • Willingness to travel across LATAM and interact with global teams;
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high levels of ambiguity.
