We're looking for a motivated, highly organized Lead Information Security Engineer who knows how to drive vulnerability remediation from identification through resolution.
This is not a role where you simply receive vulnerability reports and pass them along. You will take ownership of the process.
Security vulnerabilities may be identified through enterprise scanning and vendor announcements across all our infrastructure platforms like firewalls, routers, switches, application, and more. You will organize and track those findings, identify the appropriate engineering owners, work across teams to understand remediation plans and timelines, and provide clear reporting on when patches or fixes will be implemented.
The right person will be comfortable working across multiple engineering teams, keeping a large number of vulnerabilities and remediation activities organized, and following issues through to resolution. You will be someone who takes initiative, asks the right questions, follows up consistently, and can influence technical teams without losing sight of deadlines and risk.
What will make you successful in this role
We're especially interested in candidates who have experience:
  • Managing or coordinating security vulnerability remediation
  • Working with vendor vulnerability reports, security advisories, patches, and remediation activities
  • Identifying the appropriate engineering or technology owner for a vulnerability
  • Driving follow-up with engineering teams to establish remediation plans and timelines
  • Tracking multiple vulnerabilities, owners, dependencies, and target dates simultaneously
  • Providing clear, organized status reporting on vulnerabilities and remediation progress
  • Working across security, infrastructure, network, application, and engineering teams
  • Taking ownership and proactively driving work forward rather than waiting for direction

This role requires more than general information security experience. We are looking for someone who can lead vulnerability tracking and remediation efforts, work effectively with technical engineering teams, and bring strong organization, follow-through, and accountability to the process.
In this role, you will:
  • Lead computer security incident response activities for highly complex events
  • Provide security consulting on large projects for internal lines of business to ensure conformity with corporate information, security policy, and standards
  • Document, test, maintain, and provide issue resolution recommendations for highly complex security solutions related to networking, cryptography, cloud, authentication and directory services, email, internet, applications, and endpoint security
  • Review and correlate security logs
  • Utilize subject matter knowledge in industry leading security solutions and best practices to implement one or more components of information security such as availability, integrity, confidentiality, risk management, threat identification, modeling, monitoring, incident response, access management, and business continuity
  • Identify security vulnerabilities and issues, perform risk assessments, and evaluate remediation alternatives
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers

Effective communicator. Writes clearly, compellingly, and in a way that breaks down complex topics into their most important components.
Desired Qualifications:
Certifications like CCNA/CISSP/Security+

12 Nov 2026
