Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AI Engineers in designing and developing agentic AI applications.
- Architect, plan, and oversee the implementation of AI agent swarms that collaborate efficiently to solve complex problems.
- Apply deep knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and SLMs (Smaller Language Models) to build robust, reliable, and intelligent AI agents through effective prompting techniques.
- Ensure adherence to essential enterprise AI techniques including grounding, guard railing, and stringent security standards required in banking environments.
- Identify and leverage existing AI models to create efficient and scalable solutions while exploring opportunities for custom model development for specialized use cases.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team, keeping abreast of latest AI trends and technologies.
Skills Required
- Deep understanding of Bot / Conversational AI / Contact Center orchestration platforms such as Yellow, Kore, Rasa, etc
- Programming skills inany scripting language desirable
- Deep expertise and experience in prompt engineering and LLM Response optimization using relevant techniques
- Understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation and creation of documentation for RAG
- Experience in creating data sets for LLM fine tuning
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years focused on building and maintaining Conversational AI flows
- Certification in bot development or related technologies preferred
- Demonstrated passion and interest in developing AI-based applications.
- Proven experience in building or contributing significantly to AI applications or solutions.
- Extensive understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Smaller Language Models (SLMs), and practical experience in prompting strategies.
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks and protocols for creating coordinated AI agent swarms.
- Expertise in critical enterprise AI techniques such as grounding, guardrailing, and comprehensive security practices suitable for financial institutions.
