As a Lead Engineer, you will play a key role within our Delivery Services Team, leading the implementation of high-quality CyberArk PAM solutions for our customers. You will be responsible for delivering projects to a consistently high standard while acting as a technical leader across multiple client engagements. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders, helping organizations implement secure systems, optimize resources, and establish strong controls to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the implementation and delivery of CyberArk PAM solutions across client environments.
- Work hands-on with CyberArk components, including PSM, SCA, SWS, CCP, DPA, and related modules.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including onboarding guides and solution designs.
- Perform onboarding of accounts across multiple platforms, including safe creation, platform configuration, and policy management.
- Configure and onboard platforms such as Active Directory, Unix, and Windows Server environments.
- Develop scripts to generate privileged access reports across multiple platforms.
- Support and contribute to integrations between Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and PAM solutions (good to have).
- Proven hands-on experience with CyberArk solutions (mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience in at least two full-cycle CyberArk implementations.
- Strong experience in application onboarding (e.g., Workday, Active Directory, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow).
- Experience configuring applications, identity profiles, transforms, and connectors.
- Ability to work across both Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
- Strong consultative approach with the ability to engage clients, align on objectives, and navigate challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
