About the role
At CargoSprint, we believe AI isn’t a buzzword — it’s the engine powering the future of our products. We’re looking for a hands-on AI Leader to lead and build cutting-edge AI capabilities across our platform. You’ll own everything from prototypes to production, helping us unlock next-level intelligence, automation, and speed.
What you'll do
- Lead our AI efforts — from strategy to hands-on execution
- Build and deploy production-grade models (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, etc.)
- Partner with product and engineering teams to ship AI-powered features
- Champion AI-driven development using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor
- Scale our AI infrastructure and build a top-tier AI/ML team
- Stay on the edge of GenAI trends and turn them into real innovation
Qualifications
- 7+ years of engineering experience, 3+ in AI/ML
- Fluent in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and MLOps workflows
- Experience with LLMs, vector databases, semantic search, or finetuning
- Comfortable writing and shipping code yourself — not just leading
- Skilled in using AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, CodeWhisperer, etc.)
- Strong product sense and a startup builder’s mindset
