What You'll Do

  • Own and manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, exits, documentation, and policy administration.
  • Coordinate offer generation, background verification, employee records management, and HR compliance processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and day-to-day people operations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, team events, offsites, celebrations, and internal communication programs.
  • Plan and operationalize company-wide events, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and vendors.
  • Support leadership in employee-related discussions, performance concerns, employee experience, retention, and workplace matters.
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and employee integration experience.
  • Manage office administration and vendor relationships, including facilities, internet, security, housekeeping, food services, and other workplace operations.
  • Ensure HR policies, processes, and documentation are maintained and continuously improved.
  • Maintain HR systems, employee databases, attendance records, and people-related reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and workplace culture.
  • Support leadership with people insights, workforce planning activities, and organizational initiatives as needed.

Required Experience

  • 4–8 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, HR Operations, Employee Experience, or Generalist HR roles.
  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, documentation, background verification, confirmations, and exits.
  • Experience driving employee engagement programs, culture initiatives, team events, and workplace activities.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and people processes.
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors and managing workplace or office operations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in startup, SaaS, technology, product, or high-growth environments preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources is a plus.

Skills Required

  • 4-8 years experience in HR Business Partner, People Partner, Strategic HR, or Employee Success Partner roles
  • Experience supporting business leaders, department heads, or functional teams in fast-paced organizations
  • Experience managing employee relations, performance management, talent reviews, and organizational development
  • Experience partnering with managers on employee engagement, retention, and people development programs
  • Experience using people analytics and HR metrics to influence talent and business decisions
  • Experience in startup, scale-up, SaaS, technology, product-led, or venture-backed organizations
  • MBA or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development
  • Experience supporting Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, or GTM functions
  • Exposure to compensation planning, career frameworks, and organizational design initiatives
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Darwinbox, Keka, Workday, BambooHR, SuccessFactors or similar)
  • Experience working directly with founders, senior leadership teams, or business unit heads
