A Lead Graphic Designer focuses on delivering fresh creative solutions across various content mediums. They help ensure high-quality output while promoting operational excellence and fostering innovation within the creative team. You will take ownership of creative ideas and translate them into impactful visual experiences. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing design solutions that align with marketing strategies and business objectives, and overseeing your own development process from concept to completion.

What you'll do:
- Leverage industry-leading tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, to craft visually stunning graphic assets that elevate brand storytelling
- Engage regularly with cross-functional teams and fellow Pluralsight designers, illustrators and animators to develop innovative creative solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content that aligns to our key customer segments (B2C, B2B, Public Sector) and business goals
- Ensure high-quality design concepts and execute creative materials as needed, maintaining a consistent brand presence across all channels.
- Gain deep understanding of key customer segments and goals, and develop creative that aligns to each segment's mindset, psychographic and behavioral attributes
- Oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously to support the organization's marketing goals.
- Take ownership of the creative process for each project you are assigned, including inter-departmental communication, problem solving and business decision-making.
- Actively add value in creative ideation to make design a strategic advantage
- Contribute in outcomes through consistently meeting or exceeding OKR's set out by management and optimizing workflow to continue to champion the success of our customers
Experience you'll bring:
- Experience in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and other relevant tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and motion design work
- Effectively collaborate on and execute creative vision
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities to articulate ideas clearly with team members and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Foster a fun, collaborative workplace culture that encourages creativity and innovation
Requirements:
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite
Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

Work is performed in an office (or home office) environment and requires the ability to operate office equipment and keyboards. Sedentary work. Repetitive work. Ability to perform tasks related to documentation, data analysis, transcription and extensive content analysis. The annual US base salary range for this role is $76,700 - $94,700 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
