About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to support our Global Markets business within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential institutional and corporate clients, nurturing relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our client base across international markets.

This role requires a deep understanding of financial products and market trends, combined with a strategic approach to lead sourcing and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and decision-makers across international markets.
  • Conduct daily cold calling to potential prospects across international markets to generate qualified leads.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.
  • Generate leads through digital channels, LinkedIn, databases, market intelligence platforms and outbound calls.
  • Coordinate with the Global Sales team to develop targeted outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Maintain and update lead information accurately in CRM system.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new prospects and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation with campaigns, webinars, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Produce regular reports on lead generation performance, conversion metrics, and market feedback.
  • Stay informed about financial market developments, industry regulations, and competitive landscape.

Requirements
  • Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) qualification; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
  • 2–4 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development within financial services or global markets.
  • Proven experience and comfort with high-volume cold calling and client prospecting.
  • Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently,
