Role OverviewWe are seeking a driven and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding Starkflow’s client base by identifying prospective clients, building high-quality lead lists, initiating outreach, and supporting the overall sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)Research and identify prospective clients using LinkedIn, job boards, company websites, and startup databases.
Build and maintain targeted lead lists using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and similar platforms.
Craft and send personalized outreach messages to decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Talent Heads, etc.).
Track responses, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems or Excel trackers.
Support sales efforts by scheduling meetings, sending follow-ups, and nurturing leads via cold emails or messages.
Collaborate with the team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales research, or inside sales—preferably within IT services or recruitment.
Proficiency in LinkedIn and other lead generation tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase).
Excellent written communication skills with an ability to personalize outreach effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn and grow.
Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring trends is a plus.
