As a Lead Generation Admin, this is what you will do: 

  • Lead Nurturing: Work with lead generation agency on vetting leads to make sure they match the ICP.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and potential leads. Analyze factors such as age, income, and buying habits to target new leads effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads. Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize campaigns focused on lead generation and lead quality feedback.
  • Tracking and Documentation: Utilize CRM tools to track and document all lead interactions and progress.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to enhance lead generation efforts, evaluate strategy effectiveness, and recommend improvements as necessary.


You are a perfect match for the role if you have: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey clear and compelling messages.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills for evaluating data and optimizing strategies
