Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruiting and Lead Generation Professional to join our Market Research team. This role is pivotal in identifying and connecting with Advisors and Experts, primarily based in the United States, to join our Expert Network. The ideal candidate will excel at high-quality outreach and communication standards and be familiar with the Healthcare, TMT (Technology, Media & Telecom), Consumer Goods, and Energy & Industrials markets.

Office Location - Pune OR Mumbai 

Work Model - Hybrid

Shift Timing - 1:00 pm IST to 10:00 pm IST

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Generation
    • Identify and generate potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry-specific databases.
    • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Recruitment
    • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via email and phone.
    • Screen and qualify Advisors and Experts based on the requirements and company standards.
    • Facilitate agreement to complete online quantitative market research surveys.
  • Communication
    • Maintain clear and professional communication with potential leads.
    • Draft and send compelling outreach emails and follow-up communications.
    • Conduct phone calls to engage and qualify leads.
  • Data Management
    • Update and maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in the CRM system.
    • Generate regular reports on lead generation and recruitment activities.

What You Have:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven 2-4 experience in lead generation and/or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with US business culture is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
  • Strong internet research skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work US business hours.
